On January 28, the first Concentrative Learning Conference of 2019 was held by the theoretical learning center group of the new Party branch of Shantou. The participants concentrated on watching the special film "One Grasp at the End of the Right Wind and Discipline--the beginning and end of Qinling's illegal construction and renovation".     The meeting demanded that political issues should be fully recognized as fundamental issues at all times. Political discipline is the most fundamental and important discipline of our Party. Observing political discipline is the basis of abiding by all Party discipline. We should seriously investigate and deal with the problem of illegal villas in Xi'an at the northern foot of Qinling Mountains, draw lessons and draw lessons from it.
