On September 21, SDIC Xinxing held the third meeting of the 2022 Comprehensive Budget Management Committee and the 2023 Budget Work Kick off Meeting. Liu Ling, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Company, attended the meeting and made a speech. Members of the Comprehensive Budget Management Committee and main leaders and financial principals of subsidiaries attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Liu Xinjun, member of the Company's Party Committee and Chief Financial Officer.
 
       At the meeting, Liu Xinjun conveyed the spirit of the 2023 budget kick-off meeting of the group company, reported the budget implementation of the company from January to August 2022 and the problems in the budget implementation process, deployed the budget preparation work of the company in 2023, and clarified the requirements for the comprehensive budget preparation in 2023; The Asset Management Department and the Human Resources Department have separately arranged the requirements for the preparation of the Company's 2023 business plan and human resources plan; The Finance Department conducted specific business training on budgeting.
       Liu Ling pointed out in his speech that all units should attach importance to comprehensive budget management, constantly improve the quality of budget preparation, strengthen budget implementation control, and implement the company's strategic plan and medium-term business plan. We should go all out and take the initiative to successfully complete the 2022 budget objectives. We should make overall arrangements and scientifically prepare the 2023 comprehensive budget to lay a solid foundation for the company to prevent risks and operate steadily.
