On the morning of July 5, 2022, led by long Xingyuan, deputy general manager of Shaanxi investment group, Liu Ling, emerging general manager of Shaanxi investment group, the science and Technology Department of Shaanxi investment group, Qin Chuangyuan Development Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi investment capital growth fund, went to Xi'an University of technology to have a discussion and exchange on matters related to school enterprise cooperation and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Liu Ding, former president and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Xi'an University of technology, Shen Yihua, vice president, Liang Shuhua, vice president, and relevant experts and professors attended the meeting.
       At the meeting, Shen Yihua first welcomed the arrival of the joint working group of Shaanxi investment group, and then introduced the successful cases and problems faced by Xi'an University of technology in the transformation of achievements in recent years. Shen Yihua said that the scientific and technological achievements landing project previously cooperated by Xi'an University of technology and Qin Chuangyuan was very smooth and efficient. Qin Chuangyuan service platform has well supplemented the deficiencies of the University in market, management and enterprise strategic development planning. He hopes that Shaanxi investment group can cooperate more with the University of technology in related fields in the future to cultivate more excellent scientific and technological achievements transformation enterprises.

       Then Liu Ding, Liang Shuhua and others introduced the potential scientific and technological achievements transformation project of the University of science and technology to the working group of Shaanxi investment group, and led them to visit the laser radar remote sensing center and the engineering research center of conductive material composite technology of the University of science and technology. After that, the two sides further discussed the specific plans such as the cooperation path.

       Long Xingyuan said that Xi'an University of technology is a treasure mine of high-quality scientific and technological achievements, and there are many good scientific and technological achievements that need to be developed and utilized.
