(hereinafter referred to as Lixin Optoelectronics) has become one of the 15 units newly establishing provincial post doctoral innovation bases in 2022.

 Recently, Qin Chuangyuan · 2022 Xi'an International Entrepreneurship Competition announced the list of winners. The key research and development project of Shaanxi Investment Xinxing Lixin Optoelectronics in 2022, "Key Technology Development Project for Growth of Epitaxial Materials of III-V Compound Semiconductor Laser Chips", won the second prize of the competition.
