On the morning of September 27, SDIC Xinxing held a special audit mobilization meeting for Dayi Technology's internal control. Liu Xinjun, Financial Director of SDIC Xinxing, Hu Jiangyan, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, members of the internal audit team, members of the leading group of Tianyi Science and Technology, and heads of all departments participated in the meeting, which was chaired by Xue Li, Head of the Risk Control Audit Department.

   On September 21, SDIC Xinxing held the third meeting of the 2022 Comprehensive Budget Management Committee and the 2023 Budget Work Kick off Meeting. Liu Ling, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Company, attended the meeting and made a speech. Members of the Comprehensive Budget Management Committee and main leaders and financial principals of subsidiaries attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Liu Xinjun, member of the Company's Party Committee and Chief Financial Officer.

 Recently, the company's III-V compound semiconductor laser chip epitaxial material growth key technology development project (hereinafter referred to as the epitaxial project) has achieved outstanding results in the second round of the "Maker China" Xi'an Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation and Entrepreneurship Regional Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Maker China" Xi'an Regional Competition), and won the honorary certificate of the top 30 enterprises issued by the Organizing Committee of the "Maker China" Xi'an Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation and Entrepreneurship Regional Competition in Shaanxi Province.

On July 27, the Xinxing Party committee of Shaanxi investment group Co., Ltd. organized the 7th centralized study of the theory Center Group in 2022.
