On the morning of June 1, the second assessment team of the group visited Shaanxi investment emerging industry development Co., Ltd. for on-site assessment of 2021 annual business performance, Party building and construction of a clean and honest government, as well as special investigation and inspection of compliance. Xutianyou, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Shaanxi investment Xinxing, Liuling, deputy secretary of the Party committee and general manager, Libo and yanxiaohui, members of the Party committee and deputy general managers, liuxinjun, chief financial officer, and the company's middle-level cadres and employee representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Wang Maoan, deputy leader of the assessment team and director of the group's financial management department.

   The shareholders' meeting, the board of directors and the board of supervisors of Tianyi technology were successfully held. On May 31, the 2022 shareholders' meeting, the sixth session of the Fourth Board of directors and the fifth session of the Fourth Board of supervisors of Tianyi technology were successfully held. All shareholders and members of the board of directors attended the meeting. The company's supervisors, non director senior managers and heads of relevant functional departments attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.

 After six months' efforts, the first set of large-scale high-frequency radar radome products of Tianyi technology successfully passed the acceptance at a base in late May, marking that Tianyi technology actively expanded the innovative application field of composite materials and successfully entered the large-scale ground radar radome market. On the afternoon of May 30, Tianyi technology held a special celebration and commendation meeting. General manager hanhongbo, deputy general manager jinwugang, AoHong Institute, heads of all departments and key members of the project team participated in the celebration.

 In order to further standardize the "three meetings" management and improve the operation efficiency of the "three meetings", the company organized the "three meetings" management related personnel of the headquarters and the holding subsidiary to carry out the "three meetings" management training and exchange meeting on the afternoon of May 27.
