On the afternoon of July 26, Shaanxi Investment Xinxing Party Branch held the 7th Learning Conference of Theory Learning Center Group (Expanded). Yu Xiang, a lawyer from Shanghai Jintiancheng (Xi'an) Law Firm, was invited to give a lecture on the theme of "Legal Risk Management of Equity Investment". The meeting was presided over by Gao Wang, member of the Party's general branch and chief financial officer. The members of the theoretical center group and all the staff took part in the study.

 

    At the meeting, Mr. Yu explained in detail the risks of the four links of equity investment in light of the actual situation of Shaanxi Investment Emerging Companies, guided by "what is investment and what is equity investment", closely linked to the premise of market economy development, and starting from the four links of "selection, investment, management and withdrawal". Equity investment is a long-term investment. It needs a long process from finding projects, investing projects to achieving profits and withdrawing from projects, and there are many potential risks in the whole project operation process. Therefore, the risk management of equity investment can not be ignored. Lawyer Yu pointed out the possible risk points and matters needing attention in the process of project operation. Meanwhile, he listed the ways and methods of avoiding risks, which were concise, clear and operable.
 

    Through the training, the key areas and key parts of risk prevention and control of equity investment for relevant business personnel of the company are defined. Employees have expressed that in the future, training content should be applied to practical work, further standardize investment behavior, enhance business ability, and ensure the safe operation of the company's equity investment business.
