On August 7th, Shaanxi Investment Emerging Industry Development Co., Ltd. held its 2024 semi annual work meeting in the emerging industry park.  
Liu Ling, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zou Yibo, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, gave a work report. Liu Xinjun, a member of the Party Committee and Chief Financial Officer, read out the commendation decision. Yan Xiaohui, a member of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of the Trade Union, conveyed the spirit of the Group Company's six-month work conference. Li Bo, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, presided over the meeting.
In his speech, Liu Ling pointed out that at present, we are comprehensively and deeply studying the important spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. All cadres and employees should further implement the requirements of the plenary session, focus on the overall goal of "rebuilding a new industry in Shaanxi", maintain a clear mind, enhance their confidence in winning, face problems and difficulties, solve difficulties in practical work, implement them vigorously, and continue to promote the high-quality development of the company.
Liu Ling emphasized that firstly, we must accurately grasp the development trend of the industry, fully consolidate the two basic industries of semiconductors and composite materials, and ensure turning losses into profits; Secondly, we need to accumulate new momentum, accelerate the construction of a scientific and technological innovation system with our own characteristics, always regard project construction as the top priority for the company's development, and make every effort to build a strategic emerging industry advantage cluster; Thirdly, we need to focus on mechanism innovation, fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of all parties, and form a joint force to promote high-quality development; Fourthly, we need to refine new ideas, break out of the conventional thinking framework, find effective ways to break through obstacles and free ourselves from constraints, and actively explore the path of characteristic development.

Zou Yibo delivered a work report titled "Anchoring Direction, Focusing on Innovation, Daring to Breakthrough, and Striving to Create a New Era of High Quality Development in Shaanxi Investment". The report reviewed and summarized six highlights of the company's research and development work in the first half of 2024, including deepening and solidifying investment, continuous integration of the two chains, gradual optimization of the management system, sustained and stable safety production, and increasingly strong Party building leadership. It objectively analyzed the current situation and challenges faced. The report has made arrangements and deployments for the work in the second half of 2024: firstly, to accelerate the pace of industrial investment to strengthen and supplement the supply chain; Secondly, we need to strengthen technological innovation and cultivate development advantages; Thirdly, we need to take multiple measures to continuously improve our internal management level; The fourth is to constantly grasp and maintain a stable and safe situation; The fifth is to solidify leadership and build a strong organizational fortress.
At the meeting, the Investment and Development Department, Strategic Planning Department, Asset Management Department, Lixin Optoelectronics, Tianyi Technology, and Dingsi Era made exchange speeches and commended the company's outstanding party members and party workers for the year 2023.
The meeting requires all cadres and employees to deeply study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, comprehensively implement the spirit of the 2024 work conference and various work arrangements of the group company, strengthen their confidence in development, closely follow the task objectives, and contribute to the high-quality development of the company.
More than 50 members of the company's leadership team, heads of various departments and offices, members of the leadership team of controlling subsidiaries, employee representatives, and all employees of the headquarters attended the meeting.
