On February 1st, the emerging organization of Shaanxi Investment Group held a communication meeting on human resource management improvement projects. At the meeting, Wang Chenchen, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, introduced the background and purpose of the meeting. Each consulting company introduced project plans and had on-site exchanges and Q&A with attendees.
Zou Yibo has put forward three requirements for the improvement project of human resource management. Firstly, it is necessary to identify benchmark enterprises, establish a linkage mechanism between upper and lower levels, and improve work efficiency. The second is to carefully sort out the organizational structure, job settings, and staffing situation, laying a solid foundation for subsequent job uation and qualification work. Thirdly, project implementation should take salary and performance as the starting point, design as a whole, implement step by step, build a system and mechanism where employees can move up and down, enter and exit, and increase or decrease their income, fully mobilize their work enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the company's human resource management, and ensure the sustained, healthy and stable development of the enterprise.
