On January 16th, Shaanxi Investment Emerging Organization held a special meeting on improving human resource management. Liu Ling, Secretary and Chairman of the Company's Party Committee, and Zou Yibo, Deputy Secretary and General Manager of the Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. At the meeting, the Human Resources Department reported on the implementation plan for improving human resource management, clarifying the basic principles, goals, scope, content, steps, and organizational structure of human resource management improvement. Wang Chenchen, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, introduced the overall situation, necessity, and main objectives of improving human resource management.
Zou Yibo has put forward four requirements for improving human resource management: firstly, continuously optimizing the talent structure and increasing the introduction of market-oriented talents. The second is to strengthen human resource training and optimize the training system. The third is to carry out market-oriented human resource management improvement, improve employee job levels and salary systems.
