The two sides carried out talks and exchanges around "cooperation to expand the industrial model". During the meeting, Xu Tianyou first gave a general introduction to the establishment background, development process and current development situation of Shaanxi Investment&Investment Corporation Xinxing, focusing on the existing industrial layout of the company and the development plan of the 14th Five Year Plan in the future. Li Bo gave a brief description of the company's existing industries and the next industrial planning.
Zhou Dong roughly explained the industrial layout, output value and investment attraction of Qinhan New City in recent years. He also said that Qinhan New City, as the hinterland of Xixian New Area, has four overlapping advantages of history and culture, convenient transportation, talent attraction and policy implementation. Its industrial development concept is highly consistent with Shaanxi Investment Emerging. Both sides have detailed discussions on industry, capital, parks, policies, supporting facilities and other factors. Finally, Xu Tianyou said that as an industrial investment platform for state-owned capital, Shaanxi Investment Xinxing is more similar to the concept of "industry driven regional development" of the development zone.
