Recently, Qin Chuangyuan · 2022 Xi'an International Entrepreneurship Competition announced the list of winners. The key research and development project of Shaanxi Investment Xinxing Lixin Optoelectronics in 2022, "Key Technology Development Project for Growth of Epitaxial Materials of III-V Compound Semiconductor Laser Chips", won the second prize of the competition.
       This competition adopts the method of competition instead of uation. The start-up group and the growth group respectively set up one grand prize, three first prizes, six second prizes and ten third prizes. They will be awarded 300000 yuan, 200000 yuan, 100000 yuan and 50000 yuan respectively, and will be included in the 2023 science and technology plan projects for support.
       As a subordinate unit of Shaanxi Investment Group, Lixin Optoelectronics participated in this competition.
