Xu Tianyou requested that the company should continue to adhere to the development vision of building the domestic first-class semiconductor laser chip research and development and manufacturing enterprise firmly,seize the strategic opportunity of expanding the market share of laser chips, and insist on providing high power laser chips with excellent performance and reliable quality for the laser industry in China.

    Xu Tianyou stressed that the company shall focus on its work in four aspects in the new year:1) Make great efforts to improve the quality and technology of the products, and ensure the large scale and mass production of the chips.2) Complete the production increase and capacity expansion, and the company shall reach the annual production capacity of 4500 pieces per year.3) Adhere to the commercialization of chip products market direction, and continue to promote chip customer matching work.4) Carry out the employee equity incentive work, stimulate the internal motivation and vitality of the enterprise, and realize the win-win interests of shareholders, companies and employees.
