On the afternoon of March 30, Shaanxi Investment Emerging Industry Development Co., Ltd. held the second meeting of the first board of directors. Xu Tianyou, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, presided over the meeting. The company's directors, members of the management team, and heads of relevant departments and offices attended the meeting.        At the meeting, the participating directors carefully listened to and discussed and adopted five proposals, including the "2022 General Manager's Work Report on Shaanxi Investment Emerging Industry Development Co., Ltd.". At the same time, the Investment and Development Department reported to the board of directors on the progress of the Hangsi Semiconductor and Power Semiconductor projects.        The meeting requested that the company actively exert its existing industrial advantages, maintain efficient collaboration with Qin Chuangyuan, Shaanxi Investment Capital, etc., and accelerate the investment process of promoting power semiconductor projects and laser medical technology industrialization projects.
       The meeting emphasized that the company should continue to implement the overall deployment of the group company, closely focus on the "14th Five Year Plan" development plan and the "Double Billion" goal, strengthen confidence, strive for breakthroughs, promote the strategic emerging industries to become bigger and stronger, and make greater contributions to the high-quality development of the group company.
